About the Project

Azizi Developments is one of the largest private developers in the UAE, known for its large-scale residential projects in Dubai. One of the company’s flagship projects is Azizi Riviera – a waterfront community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City inspired by French Mediterranean architecture.

The project includes 75 residential buildings and approximately 16,000 residences, as well as retail spaces, promenades, and extensive lagoon infrastructure.

For Phases 3 and 4, the VisEngine Digital Solutions team developed an interactive master plan, which became the central digital tool for presenting the project.

Challenge

One of the main challenges with Azizi Riviera was its scale.
For Phases 3 and 4, we needed to:
- display a large number of buildings,
- ensure clear navigation between units,
- integrate various types of content,
- streamline the work of the sales departments,
- create a tool for an international audience of buyers.

Static presentations and individual renderings were no longer sufficient to effectively explain the project’s structure. Users needed a more interactive and intuitive format for engagement.
